Shopping Tips for Oztrail Gear

Oztrail sells gazebos, tents, swags, furniture and fridges, so it helps to plan your whole trip before you order. Orders over $69 qualify for free shipping, so small extras like pegs or lanterns can top up a basket. This is general advice, not a verified offer.

Check the size of bigger items before you buy. Oztrail says its 6x3m gazebo needs a ute, van or SUV with roof racks to transport.

Delivery Costs and Timing

Oztrail’s site states free shipping over $69 Australia-wide, and terms and conditions apply. Rooftop tents, large gazebos and car awnings are exempt from free shipping promotions. Otherwise, shipping is calculated at checkout by location and order size.

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 to 3 business days, and most arrive within 1 to 10 business days. Delivery can be slower during big sales. Click and collect is available in Queensland and Western Australia. Oztrail does not ship overseas or to PO boxes and parcel lockers.

Returns and Refunds

Oztrail accepts some change of mind returns if the goods come back unused within 14 days of delivery. A $30 administration fee is deducted from the refund, and the original shipping charge is not refunded.

Some products and clearance items are excluded, and you need to contact Oztrail before sending anything back. Faulty goods are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, so check the warranty page for details.

Seasonal Sales and Other Ways to Save

Oztrail’s site currently shows a Spring Sale banner. Its shipping policy also names End of Financial Year, Black Friday, Cyber Week, Christmas and Boxing Day sales, so those are good times to watch. We can’t confirm what discounts those events will bring.

Cashback sites may add a little extra. TopCashback lists Oztrail at up to 5% for new customers, but its terms say codes not advertised on its platform can make an order ineligible.
